Terms & Conditions
1.Subscription Structure and Fees
•Month-to-month subscription
•Cancellation can be done anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
•Payments are made via monthly debit order on the selected billing date.
•Subscription fees are applicable below and subject to annual increases as determined and communicated by Legal Weelz
1. Subscription (per 12-month cycle) – R59/month + access to T-Flex
•2 Tyre Checks
•Wheel Balancing twice per year
•1 Tyre Rotation
•10% Discount on Labour for Selected Services* as directed by the Partner Service Centres
•Legal Guidance with RAF
•Legal Guidance with mechanical negligence
•Legal Guidance with Insurance Claims
•Legal Guidance with Wills and Estates
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Tyre Services
•Valid for stipulated repairs/services on website only.
•Available at registered and approved service centres nationwide.
•Clients must book via the Legal Weelz support number or portal before service date.
•Service centres will verify membership before assisting
•Legal Weelz will confirm via E-mail/SMS/WhatsApp whether you qualify for services and discounts.
2.2 Legal Hotline: General guidance on processes and procedures
•Available Monday to Friday (08h00- 16h30)
•Guidance on Road Accident Fund (RAF) claim process
•Accident-related legal queries
•Guidance on Wills and estates
•Basic contract law queries
•Referrals to specialist attorneys (at additional cost, if required)
•Legal guidance provided does not constitute an attorney-client relationship
•Legal guidance does not constitute legal advice and Legal Weelz cannot be held liable for any claims or losses as a result of the general legal information provided.
3. Exclusions of Services
•Rim repairs
•Tyre replacements
•Any repairs done at non-partner service centres without written consent
•Any repairs done at partner service centres without written prior approval
•Legal services*
•Insurance claims or advice*
•Criminal defence services
•General and Commercial litigation
•Legal drafting, legal representation in any form, court appearances, or ongoing case management
4. Usage Policy
•Tyre repair limits are per active 12-month period.
•Unused tyre repair allocations do not roll over.
•Legal queries are advisory only.
•Further legal services will be quoted separately and established with separate fee mandate agreements with the relevant legal service specialists.
•Abusing services (e.g. More repairs than allowed or misrepresentation of membership) may result in immediate suspension or termination.
5. Operating Hours
•Tyre Services: Mon–Fri: 8h00 – 16h30 (excluding public holidays)
•Legal Hotline (48-hour response time): Mon–Fri: 8h00 – 16h30 (emergency queries may be assessed individually)
6. Refunds, Additional Charges & Cancellations
•No refunds for partial use of the month.
•Clients may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
•Cancellations must be emailed to: cancellations@legalweelz.co.za
•Legal Weelz may terminate/ cancel the subscription agreement with clients where subscription fees remain unpaid for two consecutive months.
•Legal Weelz will be entitled to debit the clients’ bank account for all unpaid subscription fees in one single instalment
•Legal Weelz is entitled to employ the services of debt collection agents or attorneys to recover unpaid subscription fees from clients
•Clients will be held liable for legal costs and additional administrative costs for unpaid subscription fees
•Whilst subscription fees remain unpaid all services with partner service providers will be suspended.
•Reinstatement of services will only be processed once all unpaid subscription fees are paid in full with any additional costs as communicated by Legal Weelz
7. Limitation of Liability
Legal Weelz is not liable for and cannot be held liable:
•Damages resulting from third-party repairs or services
•Any losses or delays in service delivery
•Legal outcomes and financial costs/losses in any court or legal procedure
•Prescription of claims in any form or forum according to legislation
•Legal Weelz cannot be held liable for any claims or losses as a result of the general legal information provided.
•Clients indemnify Legal Weelz from any claims arising out service or legal disputes with the selected partner service centres.
•Legal Weelz cannot be held responsible for poor workmanship, theft, any loss, any damage or contractual related disputes with service centres or third-party services i.e. referred legal consultants and advisors, and law firms.
•Payment to third parties or service centres for services clients elected to receive and utilise which is not related to the subscription offered by Legal Weelz in terms of this agreement.
8. Dispute Resolution, Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
•Any dispute arising from or in connection with Legal Weelz shall be finally resolved by negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
•Arbitration will be in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa by an arbitrator appointed by the Foundation or by a qualified and competent attorney.
•This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. The parties’ consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court notwithstanding that the claim exceeds the normal jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court as to amount.
9. Protection of Personal information & Confidentiality
•By accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement you hereby consent to the processing of your personal information.
•Personal information collected by Legal Weelz will only be utilised for the purpose of the subscription to this service.
•Personal information of clients will only be shared with authorised third-party service providers with the written consent of clients and to facilitate the services offered
•Personal information provided of clients must be true, accurate and correct
•Personal data will be deleted from Legal Weelz system within 7 days of cancellation of our services
•Legal Weelz undertakes to abide by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013
•Legal Weelz undertakes to maintain confidentiality of all personal information provided by clients unless otherwise required by law to disclose.
10. Amendments
•This Agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by authorized representatives of both Parties.
•Any amendment must specifically reference this Agreement, including the date of the original Agreement, and must be effective 7 days after notice is given to the other Party.
•All other terms and conditions of this Agreement not expressly amended hereby shall remain in full force and effect

•You understand the limitations of the services provided.
